Shortbeach

Neither short, nor an actual beach. The coastline of this south-city neighborhood is devoted almost entirely to hydroelectric power generation and other critical infrastructure. Though it supplies the whole city, Shortbeach's prime location ensures adjacent districts are kept supplied.
